TakeawAI provides live online group classes teaching adults how to use AI tools, and a free email newsletter.
Price and payment
The first live class is free. The full 5-class course is £299 inclusive of VAT (where applicable), payable in advance via our third-party payment provider before class 2.
Cancellation and refunds
You have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of payment under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By booking a class that begins within this period you agree we may start providing the service before the cancellation period ends; if the service is fully performed within the period, you lose the right to cancel.
In addition, we offer a discretionary refund: a full refund is available if requested by email before class 3 begins. After class 3 has started, no refund will be given.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TakeawAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or the AI tools demonstrated. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Intellectual property
Class recordings and materials are licensed to you for personal use only and must not be redistributed or resold.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
